Refund Policy
Though we are committed to provide you 100% resolution to your technical issues however in case of any unforeseen circumstances where we are not able to resolve any of the issue within first 14 days of your subscription, BMD IT Services agrees for a 100% refund for your subscription amount.
100% subscription amount refund does not stand valid in the cases where during the first 14 days of your subscription you have one or more resolved issues however notwithstanding this BMD IT Services may, on its sole discretion and on a case to case basis, agree for a refund of Subscription fee after deducting service charges for the resolved issue(s) (deduction amount will be calculated on the basis of complexity of the issue(s) resolved and time taken for it).
For incident based plans, you will be eligible for refund when any of the above mentioned criterions are met and you had all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the issue and it was not resolved till the time account was active.
In the cases where BMD IT Services is not able to resolve the issue pertaining to your gadgets’ hardware, internet service providers’ issue or any issue other than the scope of software and/or technical issue, our refund policy does not stand valid.
